  Once registered for this service, logon to view, analyse and pay your monthly Telkom bill.

• Change your bill type

  Allows for various ways to receive your bill. Support a green environment and go paperless.

• Request email bill

  Request an agent to change your bill to receive it via email

Payments

• Pay your bill

  Make account payments online by using your credit card. This is a fully secure online payment facility. Also allows for paying a third party payment (paying another customer's account).

• Change your payment method

  Request a change of payment method. Select between cash or debit option.

• Change your debit order details

  Select this option to update your existing debit order details.

Link or Unlink Account

• Link/Unlink Account to your profile
  In order to link an account to your profile you will need to provide the necessary information. Different account types will require different information (eg CybertTrade, Telkomsa.net).
