Telkom Centre for Learning will host the Telkom Graduations 2013

Telkom Centre for Learning will host the Telkom Graduations 2013 events nationally during the week of 15 to 19 April 2013. The Telkom Graduations offer a special opportunity to acknowledge the learning achievements of those who have successfully completed formal development programmes and learnerships. This year’s events will celebrate graduands achievements from 2010 to date. All graduands will receive personal invitations in early April for the graduation event scheduled in their region.

Keeping the CFL flag flying high and proud

A number of high-profile actions by members of our CFL family give us reason to feel proud.

Pinky's WIZZ Project: As part of the drive to enrich the learning experience in disadvantaged schools, Samsung Galaxy tablets are being provided to selected schools nationally. Two schools (in Witbank and George) received these tablets and CFL created and provided training, as well as on-site coaching to teachers on the use of these exciting learning tools.

Telkom Business Mobile: Jerry Legrand, Rozilla Britto, Michael Mphao, Jo-Ann Smit, Andre Swanepoel from Campus OFN kept the CFL flag flying high with their creation of training solutions for the Telkom Business Mobile Sales Force. High praise received from line management on the effectiveness of the training solution.

MSAN: The MSAN team consisting of Christo Economou, Wilkie Wilkinson, Eduan Kruger, Prish Moodley and Charl Gerber have successfully designed and launch the first of a number of blended solutions for the Telkom NGN-EC rollout. Very positive feedback received from Line Management on the training solutions which are accessed and completed via our very own TLMS.

Good news - MICT SETA accredits IC3!

We received the good news on Friday 25th October that the MICT-SETA has registered the IC3 programme, having satisfied itself that all our documentation is in order. So we now have an additional accredited offering that is internationally recognized, and hopefully after the Train the Trainer running in OFN from 5th November, we will have a strong pool of facilitators on board as well.

First Pick 'n Pay group trained at Olies - 6 Mar

The first-ever group of Pick 'n Pay delegates have successfully completed their Telkom Products Sales training at Olifantsfontein. They represent their stores from as far afield as Mpumalanga, Polokwane, Klerksdorp, Free State and Gauteng.

They will now go back and use the knowledge and skills gained to sell our product range that include Telkom SImple, Telkom Closer, TBiz, BizTalk, Home ECDSL.
